Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with other trade professionals
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Train and mentor junior plumbers as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license and certifications
- Expertise in pipefitting, drainage systems, and fixture installation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with trenchless and green plumbing technologies preferred
