Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced tools
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency calls and after-hours service requests
- Train apprentices and junior technicians
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on large projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- OSHA certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
