Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Manage material inventory and job site safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid New York State plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, water heater repair, and backflow prevention
- Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina for confined space work and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Clean driving record and valid Class D license
- Background check and drug screening required
