Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing components and systems in compliance with California codes
- Respond to emergency weekend calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections for residential clients
- Provide clear estimates and transparent communication to homeowners
- Maintain service vehicle and inventory of plumbing tools/parts
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience in California
- Valid California Plumbing Contractor License (C-36) required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Background in water heater and sewer line repairs preferred
- Customer service excellence with high retention rate
