Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (drains, water heaters, fixtures)
- Install new plumbing fixtures and systems per code requirements
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain digital job logs
- Conduct safety inspections and recommend system upgrades
- Maintain inventory and order replacement parts efficiently
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimized scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Tennessee Journeyman Plumber license required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair techniques
- Strong diagnostic skills with pipe inspection cameras
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
