Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and backflow prevention devices
- Conduct thorough system inspections and provide detailed repair estimates
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials in service vehicles
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and building codes
- Document service reports using digital management systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid California C--16 license
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday scheduling
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- CPR certification preferred
