Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including pipes, drains, and fixtures
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and HVAC connections
- Perform emergency plumbing services during evenings/weekends as needed
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Adhere to Virginia plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience required
- Valid Virginia plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs daily
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair preferred
