Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage emergency service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
- Prepare detailed service reports and material estimates
- Coordinate with construction teams on new build projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe rehabilitation technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for water/sewer line issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
