Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts
- Perform fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters)
- Conduct pipe inspections using video camera technology
- Provide accurate estimates for residential plumbing projects
- Maintain service vehicle and inventory of tools/materials
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan plumbing license required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in residential environments
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
