Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (drains, water heaters, pipes)
- Install new fixtures and piping for residential/commercial clients
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Conduct system inspections and provide maintenance recommendations
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain service vehicle and inventory of tools/parts
- Complete digital work orders with photo documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Florida Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Clean driving record and valid FL driver's license
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Basic computer proficiency for digital reporting
