Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate estimates
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Maintain clean job sites and professional client communication
- Mentor junior plumbers and participate in team training sessions
- Respond to emergency calls after hours on rotational basis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience required
- Valid Florida plumbing license (GA candidates must have reciprocal license)
- Strong knowledge of backflow prevention, water heaters, and pipefitting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina to work in confined spaces and extreme temperatures
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Drug-free workplace certification
