Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes (IPC, UPC)
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure quality craftsmanship
- Respond to emergency service calls during after-hours rotations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid California license
- Proven expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater systems
- Familiarity with trenchless technologies and green plumbing solutions
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with digital diagnostic tools and plumbing software
- Physical stamina to handle confined spaces and heavy lifting
