Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage client communications and provide detailed service reports
- Collaborate with apprentices and junior plumbers on complex projects
- Perform preventive maintenance for water heaters, boilers, and sewer lines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
