Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform preventative maintenance for commercial and residential properties
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for assigned projects
- Provide clear estimates to clients and explain repair options
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
