Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for system installations
- Ensure compliance with Seattle plumbing codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Maintain clean and safe work sites throughout all operations
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Proficiency in pipefitting, fixture installation, and pipe repair
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for emergency calls
