Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Manage emergency calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Use digital dispatch tools for route optimization
- Maintain inventory and equipment in service vehicles
- Train apprentices on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years plumbing experience (CA license required)
- Valid California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair methods
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Spanish language skills a major plus
