Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and basic tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, or manual lifting
- Complete daily site inspections and report hazards
- Participate in team briefings and project meetings
Qualifications
