Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, levels)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Perform basic demolition, excavation, and concrete finishing tasks
- Support team members during all phases of construction projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Georgia residency required for local projects
