Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project execution
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to strict safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate machinery like concrete mixers, saws, and drills with proper training
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction or physical labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the US
