Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Load/unload construction materials using proper lifting techniques and machinery
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespersons with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Follow blueprints and instructions to execute construction plans accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent hazards
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
