Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely per OSHA standards
- Install/demolish structures, fixtures, and infrastructure components
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades to meet project deadlines
- Read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Report hazards and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Florida Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 60 days
