Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform physical labor including excavation, demolition, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Participate in daily site inspections and hazard mitigation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Drug-free and able to pass pre-employment screening
