Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Assist skilled trades in material handling and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
