Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to ensure code-compliant installations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver seamless service experiences
- Adhere to OSHA and NFPA safety standards in all work environments
- Mentor junior electricians and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for assigned service vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrical license (Class B or higher)
- 5+ years of verifiable commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to resolve complex electrical issues
- Clean driving record and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Proficiency with Fluke meters, Meggers, and other diagnostic tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for emergencies
