Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with NFPA and NEC standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Lead projects from conception to completion, coordinating with contractors and clients
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quality inspections
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience with relevant certifications (e.g., Journeyman Electrician)
- Valid Florida Electrical Contractor License or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and implementing complex wiring systems
- Expertise in troubleshooting commercial HVAC, lighting, and power distribution systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
