Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Ensure all work is in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven professional electrical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of circuit breakers, wiring systems, and power distribution.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
