Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with CA/FL regulations
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crews on large-scale commercial/industrial projects
- Ensure OSHA safety protocols and NEC compliance
- Manage inventory and material ordering for project efficiency
- Mentor junior electricians in best practices
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrical License (Class C/B/A)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Proficiency with conduit bending, motor controls, and VFDs
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Background in solar/wind installations (preferred)
