Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to blueprints and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely project completion
- Comply with all NEC (National Electrical Code), OSHA, and local regulations
- Lead safety inspections and provide mentorship to junior team members
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and tools for assigned projects
- Document work orders, maintenance reports, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of verifiable commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (or equivalent)
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and local building codes
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in diverse environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
