Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential buildings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentices and junior technicians on complex projects
- Document work orders, materials used, and system performance
- Collaborate with construction teams for seamless project integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
