Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC and Georgia state codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform system inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Train junior electricians and support team growth initiatives
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Master Electrician license (or Journeyman with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Advanced troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools and meters
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and smart technology integration
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/AED trained
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
