Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations
- Manage job site operations, including material estimation, scheduling, and quality control
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices to maintain high service standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Valid California Master Plumber license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and video inspection systems
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, permitting processes, and blueprints
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
