Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical issues and provide accurate estimates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces (e.g., under sinks, crawl spaces).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
