- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and investors
- Quantify ROI projections for experimental technologies and moonshot projects
- Champion sustainable innovation practices across all development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurism roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in developing go-to-market strategies for novel technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams
- Deep understanding of ESG principles and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CIPD) a plus
