Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch minimum viable products in emerging technology sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and design thinking
- Measure and report on KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
