- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and labor market shifts to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure alignment across all business units regarding the 2026 vision.

Qualifications
