Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of the company’s 2026 strategic plan, aligning technology, culture, and operations to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor emerging trends in AI, remote work, and workforce automation to proactively adapt Apex Horizon’s business model.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment on 2026 goals and deliverables.
- Culture Transformation: Design and implement frameworks for a modern, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
- Performance Optimization: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Investor Relations Support: Present strategic roadmaps and future projections to investors and stakeholders to secure funding and support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term and develop comprehensive strategies for the year 2026 and beyond.
