Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Plan, aligning operational resources with long-term business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation leading up to 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and rollout of 2026-specific initiatives.
- Oversee the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring infrastructure readiness for the 2026 market demands.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 transition and future-readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or strategic planning, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong background in forecasting, trend analysis, and long-term strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizations through significant operational pivots.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling 2026 vision to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
