Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops and quantify potential futures using predictive modeling
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Monitor KPIs for innovation initiatives and optimize resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
