Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Social Science
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ technology foresight implementations
- Expertise in scenario modeling using AI-driven tools like GPT-5 and quantum simulators
