Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market transformations using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for quantum computing integration and biotech disruption
- Analyze emerging geopolitical and technological trends to identify first-mover opportunities
- Design sustainable business models for circular economies and climate-positive supply chains
- Present strategic roadmaps to Fortune 500 executives with data-backed impact projections
- Coordinate with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon Europe research initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and ethical innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate tech, or neuroeconomics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like SAP Ariba or Palisade @Risk
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and EU Green Deal regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least one major Asian/European language for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ transformative strategic implementations post-2020
