Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching strategic initiatives generating $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience

- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management strongly preferred
