- Design innovation incubation programs for next-generation workforce development

- Produce annual Future State reports for investor and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFS)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks (SDGs, ESG metrics)
- Experience scaling agile innovation processes across distributed teams
