- Design and execute scenario planning for future market conditions and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to align long-term vision with execution
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitor strategies and global innovation ecosystems
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and industry disruption patterns
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
