- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Technology
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
