- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation pipelines and resource allocation
- Author quarterly foresight reports and strategic briefings
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures studies, foresight, or strategic foresight
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience leading high-stakes scenario planning initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio of published strategic foresight work or thought leadership
