Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching disruptive product lines aligned with future market demands
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members using advanced data visualization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and ethical frameworks affecting future industries
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and market trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Certified in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in industry foresight publications
