Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align technology adoption with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive forces (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Produce quarterly strategic briefs for the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario modeling and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
