Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning and competitive advantage
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business plans
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with innovation hubs, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee the creation of annual 'Future State' reports and strategic roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) or equivalent
