- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee innovation portfolio management with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government entities
- Mentor senior strategy team members in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy publications
- Experience scaling high-growth tech ventures to $100M+ revenue
