Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Lead the architecture design for high-traffic, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate future trends into actionable engineering specs.
- Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to modern software engineering best practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define technical strategy.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
